About Me

I am a wife, mum and a grandmother. Have worked in the Women's Royal Naval Service, an auxiliary nurse, a call centre customer service rep, as a temporary switchboard operator for Merseyside Police and finally worked in the RTC Admin department for Merseyside Police. I am what is called an RAF Brat, brought up in many places in the UK and abroad and attended 13 schools while travelling with my family. I am now retired and looking for something to do besides watching tv. I go to the gym most days, and also trying to learn Tai Chi and sometimes make the effort to do Zumba. I enjoy watching and attending rugby matches that Wales is playing in. I read a lot of historical fiction, mostly set during the 2nd and sometimes the 1st world war and watch a lot of tv.

For 3 Years, I was the first aider for the RTC Admin team
For 2 Years I trained and did refresher courses as an Emergency call handler to be used should there be a disaster, ie, plane, train multiple car crash, bomb explosion etc.
