About Me
Terroll Lewis is an Influencer, Personal Trainer and advocate of men opening up about the modern anxieties of so-called ‘masculinity’. He founded the Brixton Street Gym, a charity-based community gym that caters to the varied and mixed people that make up the colourful Brixton area. He also founded the BlockWorkOut Foundation, the charitable basis that supports this amazing gym, making it accessible to everyone regardless of income. Fitness in the community is one of his biggest passions and has enabled him to become an Ambassador for the Personal Trainer Academy, the biggest personal training academy in the UK which teaches people from all walks of life how to improve their own and other’s lives through fitness. His other passions have lead him to co-found TheManTalk, an event that speaks up about the complex and intricate areas and anxieties of modern life, including: finance, fitness, depression, pursuing your passion, mental health, literature and more. He also owns his own men’s’ grooming product line which includes a beard oil and maintenance line. He will be launching further products and lines in the near future.
