I am really into health and fitness. I train 4/5 times a week and love cooking healthy food and looking after myself. I study a lot on nutrition, fitness, psychology and spirituality. I write a lot on these subjects and hope to be a published writer soon.

I am a qualified chef and trained for my 7061/2 at thanet technical college in Broadstairs. I am currently doing a writing course as I am looking to become a freelance writer.
