About Me
I am a group exercise instructor who lives and works in Norwich, Norfolk. I have experience with being in front of large groups of people while instructing them to do certain exercises. I present during the class as I need to use a microphone to teach and I teach varied classes from aqua fit and spin to zumba and Les Mills Sh'bam. Sh'bam is ultimately my favourite class. It's a varied dance class from House, Salsa, Contemporary, Vogue and many more styles. I get to show my personality in the classes I teach and I am very involved with my participants. I teach small to large groups of people, so having an audience is very normal for me.
