As an individual I am continually finding new things that I enjoy learning about or taking part in. I try my very best to give everything a chance and often find that fascination can be found even the most seemingly boring topics.

I am definitely an optimist and whatever I turn my hand to will be given my complete efforts. Firmly believing that you have to help yourself before anyone else will help you means that I am a hugely dedicated individual and will continually push myself, if not to succeed then to at least grow as a person.

General Experience

Although I have no media experience as of yet I am keen to change this and believe my slightly odd but interesting set of skills has provided me with personality that could be potentially be of great value to casting professionals.

Qualifications & Training

I have been educated up to degree level where I received a BSC EC (Business Economics).
Following on from this I have had several jobs, firstly as an insurance administrator then as a technology analyst and a tax agent. However my most interesting of jobs/skills is that I am an experienced Thatcher. This has been a fantastic experience and has brought me into contact with some fascinating people from film and Tv.

Relevant Skills

My only relevant media experience is that I am confident and comfortable in interacting with any type of person. I regularly chat with the poorest of construction worker labourers, traditional elderly farmers, right up to massively wealthy individuals and celebrities.

I think what perhaps makes me a little different to some vastly more experience people in this industry is that I understand the world from the inside out rather than simply making observations from a distance. I have got my hands dirty and still do but I have equipped myself with so many other skills that I can offer knowledge rather than just experience. For instance I have made and used a traditional English longbow, odd I know but if needed I could use all manner of medieval weaponry and ride a horse at the same time. I am massively interested in British history and would almost certainly be able to take on any period role that was offered.

Interests & Hobbies

I am a keen sportsman. Rugby is my passion and I work very hard to improve my abilities on the field. I have also excelled as a rock climber, reaching the top 15% in the world in 2009. It is hard to think of a sport I have not attempted to play, however some that I have succeeded in are water polo, football and tennis.

I am also passionate about many things other than sport. Movies, food and music take up a lot of my time. Whether I spend my time finding new movies, playing my guitar or cooking up a storm I am always on the lookout for ways to push myself and experience new things. This is why I am here and hopefully this profile will lead to many exciting opportunities.
