Gymnast as a child. Jazz dance course for two years but over 20 years ago. Flamenco course for one year over 10 years ago. Always have danced although not formally trained.

Have worked in arts management for over 20 years now - visual arts, heritage and theatre. Acted and directed for a long period in 1980s/90s at Questors Theatre Ealing.
