About Me

I thrive through bodymovent and playing with all kinds of energy within and without.
Dancing allows me to breathe and just be, music is my core. I do a lot of writing and am currently working on creating and releasing an album with a few other artists.

I study Five Element and Zen Shiatsu, in Bath, almost 2/3rds of the way through. I am looking for different forms of "work" that can truly make my heart sing and simultaneously compliment other aspects of my lifestyle.

I've not much experience in the performaning arts world - however I'm always happy to experiment and really experience whatever embodiment that can contribute to this global story. I feel comfortable within myself and love to expand this feeling into my surroundings: always appreciative of what I'm presently faced with.
