About Me

I am a very active person and have been very interested in and participated in sports from a very young age. I have also been passionate about acting and theatre for a long time, and have an interest in film and TV. I am currently studying and the Guildford school of Acting in their Saturday school acting classes. Furthermore, I have been to many different countries around the world and still want to travel to more. Last trip I went on was to Tanzania, Africa, where we did building, painting, teaching, seaweed farming and scuba diving.
Previous activities I have taken part in are: Surrey Army Cadet force, athletics, swimming, dance, basketball, karate, parkour, piano and drums. All these activities show that I can work with different kinds of tasks and people. They have also helped me build up my confidence in front of different types of people and audiences.

Experience & Qualifications

General Experience

At college I have been involved in our own Theatre Company called 'Class Action'. It has two
big productions every year with smaller commitments in between.
Productions I took part in:
• 'How to Disappear Completely and Never Be Found' Written by Fin Kennedy - part of the
dance and movement chorus.
• 'Everything In Colour' Written by Leighton Carter - playing the venomous girlfriend of a band member in the time of Britpop.

I have fully enjoyed working with these groups of people and taking part in these plays, and it has given me some experience in performance and production.

Other Information

Interests & Hobbies

• In July 2010 I went on a month trip to Tanzania in Africa as a volunteer with Camps International. Whilst there I did a number of different tasks that were mentally and physically challenging, but they gave me a number of different skills. I believe this trip has given my initiative as well as made me a hard worker.
• I was part of the Surrey ACF for three years. It has given me many skills and
experience in all areas, for example: leadership and team working skills, but above all discipline.
• I have also played the piano for five years, and the drums for three. These are other ways that I am able to express my creativity and imagination.
• Sports which I have taken part in include: swimming, dance, basketball and karate.
• In year 10 I did my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award. In the time it took us to complete it we learnt how to work well in our groups and this has stayed with me ever since.
