About Me

Hi I'm Maya, 16 from Bristol I'm currently doing a levels at North Bristol post 16 centre. I feel my calling is to be on tv, I aspire to be a tv presenter for either t4 or MTV, it would be my dream come true. I am bubbly, friendly, confident and talented and I feel I have a lot of potential and will not give up until I get where I want to be in life. I have a wonderful family behind me who support my ambitio and I will put more than 100% into anything that is thrown at me, I hope to get some work from this site to add to my experience and hopefully one day become succesful.

I reached the final stage of 5 auditions to be in this series 'skins' but unfortunatly didn't get the final phonecall, I've since done extra work for the programme. I also took performing arts for gcse and am currently doing it at a level. I've taken part in my schools musicals and really enjoy and have a passion for acting.

I have done a few shoots for people taking photography at either a level or in university and also modelled for a jumper company "agbf'. I feel I make a good model as I have a unique look and am photogenic.

I was in a dance group "Fresh" for 6 years which is a hip hop dance group, we performed many times at places like harbourside festival in Bristol and St pauls carnival, Bristol, Leicester carnival and we also won a competition 'hip -city" which gave us the title of best dance in the south west. We also got to the second stage of "britains got talent" auditions but sadly no further.
