About Me

I am 34 years old, divorced but engaged to be married next year. I have 2 children, a son 15 and a daughter 13. I have suffered from alcoholism for many years and subsequently my health suffered. I have now managed to finally rid myself of the demon and have not touched a drop in 8 months, nor do I intend to again. This has meant that for a large part of my life I was not fully functioning and so have missed out on many opportunities and also brought upon my own downfall on more than one occasion, usually just as I was succeeding in something. I would now like to try things that I would not have been able to do previously and most of all I would like to do something to make my children proud of me. I am unemployed due to long term depression but I have started to try and pick myself up by starting a small business and so far all is going well. I'm no actor so extra work would be all I would need so if anyone would like to offer me a chance, I would greatfully accept!

I have no experience of this kind of thing but I am at a stage in my life where I need to do something different and try new things, and maybe this could be just what I need.

I enjoy spending the weekends with my children, watching football, computers, reading, just the simple stuff in life really.
