About Me

Iranian. born and bred in UK.
I use a wheelchair, but don’t let that fool you. It doesn’t really define who I am. I studied Mathematics at university and worked as a Lead roving reporter and Assistant Editor for a company called Ability Today. I visited different sites and attractions and produce video reports on my findings such as physical access. I covered the FIFA World Cup, Qatar 2022.
I consider myself to be very lucky and am thankful for becoming a confident, energetic, enthusiastic and motivated wheelchair user with a hardworking and positive attitude. As proven in my academic and personal life, I have the courage, determination and desire to succeed. When young, I got the ‘Child of Achievement’ award, nominated for bravery.
My interests include writing poetry and powerchair football, I used to play in the premiership for Reading Powerchair FC. Now play for Farnham Powerchair FC. I like to workout at the gym too.
I have a speech impairment. However, I don’t let that stop me from having great conversations with people. I sometimes use an Ipad to communicate. But the more I talk to new people, they will get use to of my speech. Listening carefully helps too.
I would be interested in doing advertising and promoting products and services. In addition, with experience in journalism i have what it takes to become a reporter for a TV / news company.
