Employment History & Experience
My theatre experience includes a run at the 2008 Edinburgh Fringe Festival as Luke Michaels in Chloe Moss’ Christmas Is Miles Away, A project which I also produced. The 2009 Festival saw me involved in the festival in a technical capacity, operating the sound and lights for The Stronger by Strindberg, Tears of a Clown, Beside Myself and the Regina Monologues. During my time at the University of Cumbria roles have included the Actor/Devil in Goethe’s Faust Part One, Gus in Harold Pinter’s The Dumb Waiter for Fresh Motion Theatre UK at the 2010 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the Father in Anthony Nielson’s Realism. Most recent was Douglas in Ben Elton’s Silly Cow performed at the Dukes Theatre Lancaster.
Backstage credits include ASM for the University of Cumbria Dukes show Colder Than Here in January 2009, as well as various other shows at the University of Cumbria. I am also one of the founding members of Fresh Motion Theatre UK and have just graduated from the University of Cumbria this summer. I have just completed directing FINE by Michelle Ashton for the Manchester Not Part of Festival.
