Jordan Saflor - Biography
Jordan Saflor began his music career by training at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He then studied musical theatre, which led to a string of professional productions such as Aladdin, Around the World in Eighty Days and the London West End smash Miss Saigon.
After several years of performing in theatre, he decided to pursue a recording career including, a collaboration with American producer Darin Prindle, was one-third of group The Pills, then finally embarked on a solo career. Jordan Saflor went on to write and produce his own material, drawing inspiration from music icons such as Stevie Wonder, Prince and Seal. Additionally, he studied Commercial Music at University, a course that enabled him to nurture his skills as a producer and business knowledge.
In 2009 to date, Jordan Saflor has performed at notable live London showcases, such as the O2 Academy 2 Islington, The Original Songwriters (former artists include Imogen Heap, The Feeling and Leona Lewis) and The Bowery. With his debut album in the pipeline, expect more from Jordan Saflor in 2011!
