Employment History & Experience

As a singer I first appeared in Holland in a musical production of "Showboat", which was an amateur production, but a succesful one. During the rehearsals I was given vocal coaching, making me a very good tenor singer.
After this I started appearing in pubs, cafe's, clubs etc. accompanying myself with a guitar. Through this, the owner of a medium sized venue asked me to come and sing in his venue, using backing tracks in a cabaret style. I kept doing this for a few years, until I moved to the UK.
Here, I've not done much, but kept my voice trained by singing in various places unpaid..

I have discovered I can cover a very wide range of music with my voice, going from bariton to tenor and back after rehearsal of a few hours.

I have always worked for myself, with occasionally using an agent to set up gigs. Aside from singing, I have presented Talent shows, karaoke's, etc, and as a compere at weddings.
I come from a very old circus tradition, being part of the circus families Mullens and Boltini.
