General Experience

Sept 2010 – Current. The Security Watchdog, Screening Bureau.
I first joined TSW as a Client Liaison Officer (CLO) where my job role was to book on and initiate new files to the verification online tracking program, conducting integrity checks on new candidates. Some of these checks include: ID and right to work, Financial Probity, International Sanctions, Directorship and Adverse Media searches.
I currently work as a Criminality Administrator within a small and close knit team. My role here involves CLO work and the ordering and receiving of Basic Disclosure applications to Disclosure Scotland. I am the sole administrator responsible for the International Criminality and International Financial Probity checks. The role I currently work in is regulated by strict compliance and adheres to many British Standards.
During my time at the Security Watchdog I have strengthened my attention to detail and problem solving skills in order to work within service level agreements.

June 2009 – Sept 2010. East Hampshire District Council, Housing and Property Services.
A full time administrative support role in the Private Sector Housing department. Providing financial grant assistance, vacant property regeneration and regulatory enforcement. Working as part of an established management team this modern apprenticeship initiative enabled professional development in:
• Disabled facilities grant management
• Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
• Project Management (Solar design challenge, Current Cost Meters)
• Case file management

March 2008 - Denys E Head Ltd, Forest Lodge Garden Centre.
A part time role carrying out customer enquiry and service duties. Additional duties comprised of stock control, checkout and customer assistance.

Sep 2007 – An ‘A’ level student of Alton College
Attended Alton College where achieved A.S-level qualifications in Business Studies, Psychology and Communication Studies. Obtained A-level qualifications in Business Studies, Sociology, Communication Studies and General Studies. Also a member of the Peer Support Group.

Completed secondary education achieving GCSEs (7 B’s & 3 C’s) in; English, Mathematics, Double Science, Information Communication Technology, Geography, Double Art and Product Design. During my final year at Eggar’s, I was appointed Senior Prefect.

Interests
I enjoy outdoor pursuits particularly camping and walking. Following secondary school I attended an Outward Bound course in the Lake District, completing activities in; Climbing, Abseiling, Kayaking, Gorge Walking and team building exercises, where I consistently undertook the role of team leader. I am also undertook a Duke of Edinburgh Silver award and hoping to become a scout leader. I am a strong swimmer; enjoy Jiu-Jitsu and other martial arts, I hold a full driving licence.

I believe my key attributes are that I am decisive, physically fit, healthy, and able to react quickly to new challenges. I am a trusted employee that is easily approachable and quick to build relationships with colleagues and members of the public
