About Me

Hi there! My name\\\'s Jake Harcourt, an actor with roots from Salisbury and training from the LCM in London. I\\\'m a sprightly, intellectual, and passionate performer with a love for all things theatrical. The arts, including performing, directing, and writing has been my muse since I was a child running around castle ruins with a wooden sword. I always held a love for fantasy, from questing knights to hobbits with their great burdens. I wanted to be part of those stories, or make my own. Determined to make this passion a reality, I made a point to get as stuck into this industry as much as possible. From as young as thirteen I\\\'ve had the opportunity to be involved, and I\\\'ve not stopped, nor slowed down since.

Despite coming from a background with very little in the way of interest in the arts, I\\\'ve had the fortune of the support of my family and peers in this endeavor, something I know many do not receive. Though I hold a love for the fantastical and legendary; one of my prime desires is using theatre, be it through realism or fantasy, to enact change for the better among others. There\\\'s a lot of work to do, but I\\\'m eager to meet the challenge.

It might take a day, or a year, or a decade, but I\\\'m grateful for every second I get to spend in this industry, doing what I love, and above that, being able to do right by those in need of it. After all, with enough hard work, even our wildest aspects of imagination may become the reality we revel in!
