About Me

I am polite, trustworthy, calm, very hard working and willing to take initiative and responsibility. I have recently completed my apprenticeship at the Zenos I.T. academy, where I studied my NVQ 3 in IT, CompTIA A+ IT technician’s certificate, MCDST (Microsoft certified desktop support technician), ADITP (Advanced diploma for IT professionals) and key skills. I have a keen interest in I.T.; have built a few computers by myself and have good knowledge of MS Office. I also have an interest in customer service and have worked on many London farmers markets and have 8 months direct sales experience representing top utility companies residentially. I am able to work independently and am also able to work with others in a team situation. I am also fluent in German and have a full clean driving licence.
