General Experience

I am an excellent communicator and leader who is well-organised and reliable. I have extensive experience of providing care and support to people from children to vulnerable and isolated adults with a variety of needs. I am able to remain calm under pressure, working flexibly and prioritising my workload.

I have worked for womens Aid for the past 5 years in a refuge, supporting women and children fleeing domestic violence. Prior to this I worked in a drop in centre for people with mental health issues and also supported people who were homeless or had learning disabilities.

I have no formal acting experience but am very interested in a change of career. I feel my ability to empathise and build relationships quickly would be an advantage in many settings.
