I'm a bubbly chameleon. Working in hospitality for 18 years I adapt to my surroundings and change my character to suit my audience. My main hobby is latin dancing and I have a good set of lungs to project my voice and sing.

I worked from the age of 15 and have worked very hard in everything I have done. My training has been practical and I have many qualifications relevant to the hospitality industry.
