About Me

My name is Emma Newell. I am 19 years old, and I am working part-time. My job at the moment is flexible so I am avaliable for extra work etc.

I left school (Sixth form) in 2009, and have been working in temporary jobs ever since. I have done 2 extra jobs in the last year, and would like to continue this, as it is something that I really enjoy.

I would also like to get in to the modelling industry, again, it is not something that I have experience in, but everyone has to start somewhere!

I was part of a performing arts school for one year. Unfortunately this only ranges until you are 18/19 years of age.

General Experience

Acting: I have done 2 extra jobs in the past. One was in May 2009 for an ITV production of a series called 'Identity'. I was a background extra. I was a school student, this was a full day of filming which I really enjoyed.

The second extra job I have had is the odd days filming the latest Harry Potter film (Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows). I really enjoyed the filming days for this film too, and it is something I would like to do in the future.

Although I haven't had much experience in the film/TV industry, it is something I am willing to give a go at, and hope to do more TV/Film work.

Qualifications & Training

I was part of a performing arts school for one year. This included dance, drama and singing. I did this every Sunday.

I haven't had much experience in the industry of acting etc, but it is something I enjoy and would like to continue with extra work.
