About Me
I am a professional chef with my own award-winning restaurant out in the wild Hebrides on the Isle of Mull (Best Restaurant 2014 and 2016-Visit Scotland). I am a food writer, author and performance poet who would love to appear as a panelist or presenter on cooking and travel programs,game shows, or reality tv shows, I am often found wearing outrageous clothing and over-the-top wigs. In my spare time I give Steampunk Tea Parties, write cookbooks, host quizzes, forage for pignuts and play a mean game of 8ball. Author of The Ninth Wave: Love & Food on the Isle of Mull, and The Body Banquet Poems. I've been a a quarter finalist on Masterchef the Professionals 2020, a contestant on 15-1 in 2016 and a comedy game show Far Facts Sake 2019 and have been featured in a recent episode of Robson Green's Coastal Fishing.
