Production company is producing a half hour TV programme about the fat in our diet and attempts to reduce it.
The programme will look at the variety of low fat products available, why these foods are so popular and how they are used by consumers seeking a more healthy diet.

The film will feature interviews with members of the public, experts in nutrition, food science and public health as well as regulatory bodies. As part of our investigation we have devised an experiment that requires two volunteers to change their diet for a week.

We are looking for a fun and friendly couple to film as they strictly follow our diet. We plan for our couple to feature prominently in the programme and are looking for people that will take the experiment seriously and would be available for a few hours filming a few times over the next couple of weeks.
