Are you considering moving your parents into a nursing home?
Channel 4 is looking for individuals who live with both or one of their parents, and are at a crossroads about whether to move them into a nursing home.
For one week, a group of people who represent a cross-section of the UK population will try and help you work through your decision and offer their advice.
This is a unique opportunity to take part in a groundbreaking series.
