A well-known soft drinks company is looking for real people to take part in a paid advert about what it takes to become a better person.

We want to hear from people in London and the surrounding areas about one simple act you could personally do to make yourself, your relationships, or the world around you a bit better.

Maybe you want to reconnect with someone, own up to your shortcomings or make a change?
It can be as big or small and as serious or as silly as you like.

A few examples to get you thinking (please use your own, these are just ideas!)
‘It's time to say sorry to my friend'
'I promise to work on my dad jokes!’
‘I have to get better at complimenting people'
'I promise I will stop hogging the duvet'
'I won't take bantering with grandma for granted'
