Are you willing to talk to us about how you use your mobile phone and technology in everyday life ? If so, an opportunity has arisen for a single-parent family to take part in a short documentary.

Apart from that you'd need to be friendly, out-going and not shy at the thought of being on camera. Oh, and have a free day in December to meet the film crew and a few free days in January for the actual filming.

The selected family will be paid of £250 for the filming days.
