CALLING EVERYONE ACROSS THE COUNTRY: WE WANT YOU TO SHOW US HOW YOU GET MOVING

We’re looking for VIDEOS and PHOTOS of the most enjoyable, funniest, and ingenious ways that everyone across the country are getting moving to feature on social media and in a brand new film for Sport England (who brought you This Girl Can and We Are Undefeatable).

The is a PAID opportunity. We’d love for you to join.

You could be doing things that are just a bit of fun - dancing around with the kids, doing squats during a conference call, or messing around with your flatmates.

Or, you could be doing traditional exercises, like yoga, HIIT routines, work out videos, or app-based activities.

You could even capture some of the brand new ways we’re learning to be active – virtual dance parties over video chat, improvised weights using household objects, back garden assault courses and more.

Just make sure you are following Government guidelines to stay close to home, that you are exercising on your own or with members of your household and that you are following the 2m social distancing advice from others to stay safe.

We want to show all ages, all genders, all ethnicities, and all abilities in our film. This needs to be the most inclusive portrait of the country as possible.

The only mandatories are that you’re not wearing any obviously branded clothing (no big logos, please!) and that you’re getting moving in a way that you enjoy.
