THE BRIEF

This is going the be a unique film - a 35 minute, high production value drama film, intended as a learning tool for senior audiences within companies (boards of directors, legal teams etc.), to be shown at events and high profile international conferences.

As Neil Gerrard, Global Co-Head of Dechert’s White Collar and Securities Litigation practice puts it “I have spent a large part of my career defending companies, and therefore boards, that get into trouble in a wide variety of investigations and they all make the same mistakes,”

In order to help them avoid making these surprisingly frequent mistakes, Dechert has teamed up with director Nick White to create a film with enough dramatic punch to engage an audience all too jaded to corporate presentations.

The story covers the downfall of a large multinational company due to the unmonitored criminal activity in it's ranks, from the perspective of it's board members.
