Teen Mums To Be are looking for contributors to take part in a TV new series about teen pregnancies. Are you living a life of partying, have you just found out you are pregnant - get in touch, and share your story.
The TV show will concentrate on young mums who's lifestyles are far from the ways of motherhood. We want to see the steps these young mums are taking to change their ways in becoming great role models for their little ones.
