- Aged between 17 and 24 and with a passion for food?

- Working at a junior level in the food industry but ready to go the top?

- Fed up with making burgers and chips and ready to try creating your own dishes?

- Full of confidence in yourself and ready to take on new challenges in the kitchen?

- Ready to ditch the comfort zone of your pub/restaurant/takeaway and take on a new cooking experience?
