I am currently sourcing for dancers to work out in China. I represent an events company in China and we pride ourselves on our level of professionalism and the quality of our talent so, if you feel you are a consummate professional and are indeed talented then feel free to apply.

Payment details: Between 1200-2000USD p/m depending on experience/tips

We need 2 types of dancer:

HIP-HOP DANCER
You will be grouped into crews of 3-6 (we will try to send people from the same areas if possible), sometimes only dancing as a crew, sometimes backing singers and sometimes working with female DJ’s. You would be expected to work a 4hr shift only performing 4x6min sets per night. Choreography should change fortnightly this allows for creative input from you as a dancer/choreographer. This demands a strong work ethic and an ability to quickly learn and sometimes devise choreography.

Monthly Salary: 1200USD


GO-GO DANCER
As a go-go dancer you will be expected to dance on stages and podiums in clubs. YOU ARE NOT A STRIPPER. In the same way as the hip-hop dancers you would perform 4x6min sets per night (3 being choreographed and 1 freestyle). You would also be expected to drink in the bar and talk to customers for most of your remaining 4hr shift.

Monthly Salary: 1200USD + [Guaranteed/Float Animation Fee]

In the bars and clubs in China businessmen just want to talk to the dancers (animation fee) but they are not allowed to tip you money. They would have to buy a rose at the bar, the price of which would range from 20USD-120USD. You can either choose from the guaranteed animation fee which is 400USD per month or 25% of your tips (the other 75% is distributed as follows: 50% bar - 25% agency).
