Details:

This is your chance to win the "Channel4 Young Entertainment Award 2012".

television production company, formed at the University of Hertfordshire by students from the Film & TV Entertainment course. Whether producing work for our university degree or being commissioned for private promotional work, Bearsick Productions has consistently delivered entertaining and exciting programming.

So as we continue the pre-production process, of our final year entertainment piece, we are able to offer actors the exciting chance of receiving high level exposure for your performance.
Representatives from major mainstream controllers, like the BBC and Channel4, will be present at the films premier during a special screening event for the university. These representatives will be on the look out for talent both on and off the screen and will be judging the different entries and awarding prizes for the best. This is an exciting opportunity for all involved.

This is intended to be the pilot episode for \"Doin\' The Rounds\", a sitcom based on a young teenager, Mike Holland (15) and his choice to trade in all his yearly lay-ins for a job as a paper boy. The job improves considerably once Mike is introduced to, all round likeable lad, Danny (15) who shows Mike the ropes and \'perks\' of the job. The two become friends and are placed in a variety of comedic situations throughout the episode.

Auditions:
Auditions are being held on Friday the 3rd at a location in North London, to be disclosed to successful applicants.

Filming:
The filming for the production itself will take place over three days in the second week of March (6th-11th), which will ideally be shot in midweek. Confirmation of the dates will be reposted on Saturday (28th)

We have four main cast members to find as well as three supporting characters too. We have a good track record for productions, our two entertainment pieces last year, both received firsts.
This new production is easily the strongest script we\'ve ever produced and the vision coming from the director, due to this being his true life story, will makes for a very honest and entertainment performance.
