Looking for amateur or professional actor / entertainer to play the role of Santa (Father Christmas) during our Winter Wonderland event this year.

Santa Claus has rosy red cheeks, a round, cushioned tummy, a crisp white beard, and a hearty laugh.we can supply the round, cushioned tummy and crisp white beard, along with the fabulous red costume, so if you can act the part and bring Christmas joy to children and their families, it sounds like this could be the job for you!

Playing Santa is an important part of our Christmas offering, you will have a jolly disposition and able to engage easily with children, answering their inquisitive questions and giving the best possible magical experience when they visit Wookey Hole.

You will work alongside our Elves, who will assist you with each family in the Grotto: helping you to take photographs, handing out wrapped presents and showing the families in and out of the Grotto.

Remember, the real Santa is very busy at this time of year, so we are looking for special characters who can step up to this prestigious role.without the children realising!
