About the Post
To be a Music Presenter / Journalist podcast show host for a live show that will broadcast live from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM daily.
The show will broadcast live on the clients Twitter and Facebook accounts which is a prelude to the clients music channel launch on TV later in the year - so this is a fantastic opportunity for Music journalist hopefuls looking to launch their careers!

Live shows/podcasts on Social Media are all the rave now and they are proving to be worthwhile platforms to launch careers.

Jada Pinkett-Smith and Barack Obama are doing them so you will be in good company!

We are looking for Three Presenters to talk music and build the reputation of the Networks brand through the show as Music Influencers on Social Media so you will need to know your stuff.

On the show you will:-
Play Chart topping hits, fave tracks, new music, unsigned acts Plug and Review new music Discuss music, albums, Singles, hits, news, events and music industry highlights Discuss music news and related \"happenings\" on Social Media

Conduct Interviews with artists and musicians and present their live music performances on the show

Upload music and post onto Facebook & Twitter accounts during your session Attract new followers and follow where necessary; reply and engage with Social Media where it is in the best interest of the brand and where it boosts brand awareness

Research unsigned acts and upcoming artists and attend their live shows to report back on the show

Hours:
The day is divided into three shifts so you can work one shift or two

The 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM shift is mandatory and contractual to work at least three times a week
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (song request hour from 6 – 7 pm)
Saturday & Sunday 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (music review segment on Sunday at 6:00 PM)
(Artist Interview & Live music session at 4:00 PM)

Presenter Responsibilities:
Research music videos on YouTube Glean Billboard, UK Chart, YouTube video statistics etc, music news, headlines, rumours, upcoming events etc and rehearse prior to each show Research: pop, hip hop, trip hop, trap music, dance music, drum’n’base, folk, country, r’n’b, EDM, Dubstep, musical era\'s, movements, trends and more
Upload and post music from YouTube in conjunction with presenting Compile an engaging playlist for the session beforehand for review with PM
Attend 30 minute briefing before show with PM

You will need to be charismatic, confident, show enthusiasm and energy and demonstrate keen and extensive knowledge of music You must have attention to detail to ensure facts, dates, names are said and spelt correctly and you must be sure to take care and be respectful over this area

You must be comfortable in front of a camera and presenting on a live show and having your face and name known on Social Media
