Open auditions are being held for the latest short film of a youth filmmaking group on Thursday, 28th February 2013 within DG One Leisure Complex, Dumfries at 6:30pm until 9pm.
Our film is a drama-romance set in the second World War. The story follows a young French girl as she falls in love with a British spy whilst her disapproving father wishes for her to pursue a relationship with a Nazi officer.
The leading roles of men aged 20-30 years old are required for this production. This audition is entirely open, there is no criteria other than age. Feel free to bring a monologue or similar (although it is not strictly required). This job is unpaid, although food will be most likely provided on day(s) of shooting. Any unsuccessful auditions as leads will be offered extra roles in battle scenes.
