Up and coming Nottingham based producer/director team, Chris Connolly and Duncan Leigh, require a female actress to star in a short film about a young woman who is forced to take shelter in the bathroom of a tormented psychopath whilst trapped in his flat.

The role requires an actress who can capture the anguish and ultimately terror of being trapped in this situation and also the presence of mind and courage to escape from it.

Since the film has only two parts (one male, one female) we will be looking for excellent chemistry between the two leads.

Although this is a zero budget production, we have excellent resources and a dedicated crew supporting the production.

Our objective in creating this film is to enter it on the festival circuit, generating exposure for, and interest in, all participants.

We aspire to high production standards and we will make available to all audition attendees samples from our previous work.

After going back to the house of an attractive male stranger, our heroine, feeling increasingly drunk, and increasingly unnerved by his behaviour, decides to go home.

However, the man has other plans, and as she realises he won\'t let her leave, she resorts to desperate measures in order to escape.

REQUIREMENTS

Any ethnicity, height and weight will be considered, however long hair is preferred.

The role is English speaking, but all accents are welcome.

You will be required for two days of shooting between the dates 18th August to 25th August (tbc), and to attend two rehearsal sessions prior to shooting.

Auditions will be held on Saturday 6th from 10am-2:30pm and Monday from 5pm-9pm.
