*Caroline-
In her mid thirties Caroline loves to recycle and keep our planet green. She is keen to experiment in the kitchen using all natural and organic ingredients (from her own back garden) to cook for her college sweetheart and husband of 12 years, who isn’t much in to it. Caroline no longer works, she looks after the home and the couples pet chicken.

*Richard-
A handsome rugged man who oozes masculinity. He visits the gym most evenings if not partaking in a five a side football match with friends or watching sport in the local pub. He loves his wife but has recently become frustrated with everything he first loved about her. In a selfish attempt to keep happy he has an affair! (With another man.)

*Michael/ Miguel-
A young Italian stallion, an aspiring chef living alone in a beautiful home, he spends his evenings teaching a married man how to cook. (The man he is also having a secret affair with.) He is well educated and classic English literature, a passion he shares with his secret lover.
