The film is called Keep Smiling and the story is about a man who's always smiling.
At the start of the film his wife is leaving him, the next day we see him go about his day in his office, restaurant and a cafe shop but he is smiling, and nobody understands why, he should be upset his wife has left him.

It not until the end of the film we discover that the reason he is smiling is because his dying daughter asked him to carry on smiling. Throughout the film audiences think he is suffering because of his wife, but its relieved its because of his daughter.
