Looking for a male actor to play - Scotty:Playing age23-28yrs- white male

Scotty is a proper lad and speaks like one. However he has no problem dealing with all races and backgrounds and is liked by everyone who does business with him. He is very direct in the way that he speaks and acts. He is into boxing with dreams of becoming a boxing promoter. He has a build which indicateshe trains regularly or has boxed himself. He is a wheeler dealer who is always trying to sell something and has many different things for sale at any one time. He is the go-to guy if you need something on the black market. He is not a flash guy andlikes to store his money. He runs his operation like clockwork and is extremely organised.
