"Forget me not" is a short serious drama about Tim, who's suffering from Dementia.
The film is about Tim's life with Sophie, told through the eyes of Sophie to daughter Emily, until an object Sophie is wearing triggers Tim's memory and we learn the real truth to their marriage.

It's an interesting short film with twists and turns on the way. The film also delves into domestic violence.

These are the roles to fill:

Sophie (Tim's wife) aged between 45 and 60. Sophie is kind hearted in public yet violent towards her husband behind closed doors. She has a tendency to lose her temper quickly around Tim. Sophie is very hot headed and unwilling to listen.
If applying you have to be able to play calm and violent.

Emily (Their daughter) aged between 25 and 35. Emily is oblivious to parents “fallings out” but realizes they sometimes had a strained relationship. Wants to learn about her parents life together. She’s curious and worried about her fathers mental health.

Young Tim aged between 18 and 25. Pre-dementia. Smitten with Sophie. He wants to spend the rest of his life with her. Kind hearted, naïve.

Young Sophie aged between 18 and 25. Unsatisfied with the relationship, doesn’t originally want to stay with Tim but then realises she's pregnant so she stays with him. Short tempered and moody, yet apologetic when they are alone. Nice in public around other people.

There's no nudity involved but there are scenes which involve kissing.

We're going to be filming this short film between the 25th of February and the 15th of March in Lincoln. Only apply if your available between those dates and live local.

The role is unpaid although we will cover expenses including Travel and Food.
