Details:

We are looking for enthusiastic actors to take part to help in providing extra support to tomorrows doctors.

Psychiatry Pit Stop is a teaching programme aimed at improving communication skills amongst student doctors when interacting with patients with mental health difficulties.

We are looking for actors of all ages to take part in role play and provide feedback to the students.

Scenarios will be provided before hand and travel expenses will be paid. The sessions will run between 5.30pm and 7.30pm on a weekly basis for 6 weeks starting from the 6th November 2014 and will be held at the University of Leeds

Please be aware that this is a volunteer role for a free course for medical students

The programme is run entirely by volunteers. The students also attend on a voluntary basis. Therefore, due to limited funds we can only take actors to be from Leeds.

Contact us with any questions. We look forward to hearing from you.
