Punch Drunk - Feature film

Acting roles available | Film extras needed

Lead roles and film extras are needed for roles in a gritty real-life uplifting film about an amature boxer who gets dragged into the murky criminal underworld. Although a title fight looms and he just wants to live an honest life, certain people in the shadows are doing everything to get him to join their gang for a big bank heist.

We hope to start filming during May 2011 and filming should last about 3 days. Acting roles are paid including expenses and accomadation for the film extras.

Roles:

Film Extras - 30 - 50 film extras needed for various scenes mainly to form a crowd at a boxing match, may have to play double roles for other scenes also. No audition required. We will select based to your submitted photo

Cloutier Miles (lead role) - fit, aged 18 to 30 preferable with some boxing / martial arts experience. As the lead role you will need to attend an audition towards the end of April 2011. You will also need to be available for 3 days and submit to your image being used on all future Punch Drunk movie memrobelia

Sharon - female age 18 - 30 - girlfirend, We are looking for a steriotypical 'bubbly blonde barmaid' for this role. Big personality, you will be Cloutiers motivation behind his title fight and devoted girlfriend. You will need to attend an audition for this part

Jason The Axe - Male 25 - 40, tough looking man, you will play a mob boss. We would prefer sombody without traditional good looks for this part. You will wear a suit and at times be required to wear stage make up ( fake blood, scars etc)

Hoodlums - 5 tough looking 'gangsters' males 18 to 45, any look but will be required to wear stage make up ( fake blood etc)

6 Models - 6 models aged 18 - 30 to play ringside girls at a boxing match. You will need to supply your own skimpy outfit. You need to be slim and attractive for these parts. No auditions is required as we will select based on your submitted photo
