Tim is a 26 year old young man who has little motivation and ambition, he very much lives only to entertain himself and this can be done fairly easily. He currently has no job and spends his days in the flat with little contact to the outside world. He tends not to clean up after himself and his room is a testament to this. Tim, however, has a very keen curiosity that can border on nosiness
One thing that Tim does have going for him is that he is naturally intelligent but lacks a certain common sense. He has the ability to retain many facts and pieces of information that others deem useless. He is one of those people whose natural personality is quite comical and many serious things he does can come across funny.

Tim does not have any friends other than Ollie, he has a very basic relationship with his family and receives money from his pushover father every now and then to help him pay the rent and bills. One might even feel sorry for him.
