Details:
Our story is based on the true events of Mauricio Rosencof - the ex leader of the National Liberation in Uruguay. In 1972 he was captured and brutally tortured by the Military as a result of his political views. He was was sentenced to 13 years of isolation.
Our film focuses on the relationship between himself and his 7 year-old daughter (Alejandra) whilst he was in prison.
A very powerful and moving story, it will be 5 - 7 minutes long. We are shooting on Super 16mm film and hope to enter our film into festivals, if indeed it is successful!
