The film is called Broken Oaths and is set in the fictional realm of Anderlin. A young boy prince has come out of exile to take revenge for the murder of his father and former king. He has gathered an army to take back the realm from the evil that has taken over

The film has 7 male roles and 1 female role that need filling. The characters are listed below.

William Tycan. Age 20 to 23 - Wants revenge for the murder of his father and former king. Is a young man and has vast inexperience of war and what war entails. He must quickly become the leader everyone thinks he is. He is not taking back the realm for the crown, he is doing it because he feels his father deserves justice. The crown is of little inportance to him.

Raymond Sigil. age 20 - One of Williams bannermen, he is a loyal and fierce sword fighter even though he is of the same age as William. He is the son of a lord who was killed whilst trying to protect the former king. He has been thrust into lordship like William and is trying to make sense of how he must conduct himself. Often at times, he feels as though his title doesn't matter, as people will often look down on him as not a true lord and will not listen to what he has to say. He is fiercly in love with Williams mother, even though he knows he can not have her.

Hector. Age 50 - The warlock who killed Williams father. The formers kings trusted friend now turned evil from blood magic. He does not have the backing of anyone from the realm. He rules as a tyrant as this is the only way he can keep the crown he stole. He has had to gather an army. He has a son, who he resents and does not give any love to him

Ellenor Tycan. Age 40 - Ellenor is the wife of the former king and mother to william. She has had to face her son grow up rather fast and fears losing her son in the war. She questions Williams decision to go to war only to protect him. She can not live without her son. She will feel empty with no place. She has feelings for Raymond, though she knows that the sacred bond of marrige can not be broken, even after death. She loves her late husband, and she doesn't think she should let him go for another man, even if she has feelings towards Raymond

Kendall. Age 25 - The son of Hector. He is a strong warrior and leader of the kings guard. His father looks down on him all the time. All he wants is that little bit of affection from his father. He is cockey and arrogant to gain attention, attention that he does not get from his father. Even though he hates his father, he feels obligated to serve him, to try and gain at least some affection

Hedel Alcarin. Age 35 - Is one of Williams bannermen, he is a built like an ox. Tall and muscular. He is described as quick tempered and often impatient. He has vast knowledge of war and was loyal to Williams father

Allister Thomas. Age 40 - He another of Williams bannermen, he is a lean man and knows war well. He thinks he knows best and is alsways ready to put other ideas below his own. Though he is as loyal as they come

Maiko. Age 35 - He is the leader of the tribe of barbarians from a place called the black mountains. He is a fierce and savage warrior. He is a man of few words to people that are not of his tribe. He is a strong man, stronger than any alive the rumour is. He has no time for mercy or emotion. All he knows is how to kille, which is what makes him a great leader.

This will be an unpaid project. The date of filming is not set so if you wish to apply, I will email back telling you if you have been selected to play a character, I will tell you in time when filming is going to start. If you could tell me, the character you would like to play that would help me alot, though there is only the one female character
