We are making a short video that will be embedded in the university website and seen by up to 23,000 Brighton students as well as staff. The video (split into 3 separate clips) tells the story of Alfie and George as they sign up to university opportunities that will enhance their CVs (such as volunteer work and Student Ambassador roles). They use the university e-portfolio to record their experiences, develop their winning CV and showcase their skills and experience. George, encouraged by Alfie, applies for a graduate marketing trainee role, gets the interview and gains a job offer!
Alfie 1 x male 19 – 23
George 1 x female 19 – 23
Must be an undergraduate or recent graduate (any discipline though media/performance useful)
Prefer one at least from black background / mixed race to reflect our diverse student body
Salary/Fee: To be confirmed. This will be at University of Brighton rates (above the minimum wage)
We are awaiting a firm decision on the date(s) for the filming which will also involve a one day briefing and scripting session the day before the shoot. We will be asking the students / recent graduates taking part to help us work up the final script.
Dates required:
Friday 11th October and Saturday 12th October 2013 at the Brighton Moulscoomb Campus
You will be paid for both days.
