A short film that is looking for actors and models for intimate close ups that are inspired by the photographer Herb Ritts. The film will be around the issue of HIV/AIDS.

The film will be shot in a shoot studio in Stoke On Trent. Applicants will have to be able to travel to Stoke On Trent but expenses will be covered. Food and drink will be provided on set and if needed accommodation can be negotiated. Film is still in development so there is one remaining shoot day on location that needs to be confirmed.

Some roles require nude actors so if you are comfortable with this then please state in application. Some roles require actors in underwear. If you are not comfortable with either of these then please state in application. Nude roles will be paid a rate of £7.50 per hour (minimum wage over 25).

The director and camera operator are both female so you have to be comfortable with this.

A script will be sent to applicant who are appropriate for the role.

The film will be finished in late May, successful applicants will be given a copy of the film for personal use and for showreels.

***Applicants will have to be comfortable with intimate close up shots and will have to be able to act with facial features as a lot of shots concentrate on eyes and hands.

Flexibility with posture is ideal but not essential as there are a range of roles that need to be filled from any age range. Some are still poses whereas some are moving. Some are body shots that require nude or less dressed actresses and some are just of the face and some require fully dressed actresses.***
