I have wrote a 20 minute short film called Layney, which is a drama type. It is about a 17 year old girl called Layney who has grown up in care, and has recently been fostered by a couple. Layney has emotional and behavioural problems, and takes a lot of drugs and drinks a lot, she also gets into a lot of trouble with the police. At her latest court hearing, the judge ruled that Layney must attend a Young Offenders School Unit, which takes in young offenders aged between 16-25, daily Monday - Friday, to get them off the street, and teach them lessons on managing anger and managing alcohol and drug abuse. This short film sees Layney's emotional and behavioural problems both at home and the unit. I need actors for the fllwing charactors;

Julianna (Layney's foster mum) I need a white actress aged 35-45, who has had acting experience

Frenkstern (Layney's foster dad) I need a white actor aged 35-45, who has had acting experience. Actor MUST be able to do a German accent

Helena (Layney's support teacher) I need a white actress aged 35 - 45, who has had acting experience. Helena is a very motherley charactor, so need an actress who is naturally motherley

Jay (Layney's teacher) I need a black male actor, who has had acting experience. Experience in comedy acting would be an advantage, but not essential

Liez (a young offender) I need a white actor aged between 18-25, who has had acting experience. Experience in comedy acting would be an advantage, but not essential

Macey (a young offender) I need a black actress aged between 18-25, who has had acting experience. Experience in physical (fighting) acting would be an advantage, and I need an actress who can act tough, and very 'Ghetto'

Rihanna (a young offender) I need an actress of any race who has had acting experience
