Donny was hired by the organization purely for his brutish attitude; he’s as strong as an ox and can handle himself in any situation. He was partnered with Daggot as his bosses felt that he lacked tact and subtlety. Daggot warned them that Donny is a ‘volcano waiting to erupt’. Donny and Daggot have struck up a good friendship.
Donny is enjoying the life style this kind of work brings; he enjoys the fights and the rewards that come after it. He takes drugs as often as he drinks alcohol which leaves him in an edgy state of mind.
He is also in a long term relationship with a night club dancer, there is no love in the relationship but they have recently given life to a young boy. Michael means the world to Donny and he wants to do well by his son.
His state of mind is not good and that leaves him as an untrustworthy alley. Though he has a strong affection for Daggot he sees him as an old timer and soon wishes to replace him as the pack leader.
