A 20-30 year old, solitary Jon Brown starts dreaming of murdering various members of his foster families to find that the dreams are happening in real life. As more and more murders happen the serial killer, The Nottingham Butcher, becomes a media phenomenon. As Jon Brown is getting crazier as more murders happen he loses his job and decides to check out the crime scene when somebody notices him, he can’t understand how this is happening so decides to force himself to sleep and sets an alarm to stop himself killing again. The twist at the end is that the killer is his twin, and in the dream Jon dreams entering his own house and killing himself when the alarm wakes him up just in time realising its his twin. Jon has a flash back of when they were very young, he sees himself killing his and his twin’s parents while his twin got the blame. The twin led a very bad life in and out of mental hospitals and prisons while Jon was in foster families. In the end the twin got vengeance and killed Jon Brown.

For this part you will play both Jon Brown and his twin, the twin part will be very small and only in the end scene, as all the dream sequences will be filmed in first person. A lot of the film is to be filmed at night so will have to be able to film when the sun goes down. Needs to smoke but if you’re a non-smoker healthier herbal cigarettes will be provided. Filming will be done in Lincoln.

Jon Brown, the main role, is very anti-social and is not very comfortable in social situations. Because of the problems he has had at the start of the life with being in an orphanage he now has pills to help him with his mental problems and to stop him from going crazy. However, as the film goes on, Jon cannot work out why he is having these dreams and thinks that he may been doing the killings, he starts becoming more and more scruffy and snapping out at people for no reason at his office job.
