‘Angel’ is a peddler of Orpheus’ clean, natural drug ‘Lyre’, and long term, blindly loyal friend. He is always by Orpheus’ side at the engagement party, and is the one man who returns six months later with news of where Orpheus’ fiancée, Eurydice, has gone. He leads Orpheus to the Hellfire club, where Eurydice frequents to get her hit of the rival unclean street drug, ‘Viper’.
